Thank you for shopping with Green Envy Supply! If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase from us, you may return most UNOPENED items within 30 days after the invoice purchase date for a refund. We cannot ever accept back Nutrients, Trimming Machines, Lamps (Bulbs), Grow Tents or Harvest Tools.

**Please keep all packaging materials until you are completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased. Doing so will make it easier to return your item(s) if necessary. Returns may be refused if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged or missing.**

An unopened item is considered to be in a new, resalable condition in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. Items must be free of scratches, dents, and other cosmetic defects. Items must not have been installed or used in any way. Some items have different policies and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will issue your refund, less shipping and/or restocking fees (where required) once the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before purchasing to inquire if a product you are interested in is eligible for restocking fees.

Some opened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase at the discretion of If approved, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us to find out if your product is eligible for return with a restocking fee. We are sorry, but used items may not be returned.

Products we cannot ever accept back if opened include Grow Lights, Grow Tents, Extraction Equipment, CO2 Bags, Pressing Equipment (Jack Pucks, Rosin Presses), Trimming Tools, Trimmers, Nutrients and Pesticides.

If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Form. All returns must first be authorized so we can give you detailed instructions on where to send your item(s). The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for sending the item(s) back in the same condition the shipment was delivered in. We highly recommend insuring your return package with the carrier of your choice. In the unfortunate event you send back an item and it happens to be damaged, lost, or stolen in transit back to the warehouse, is not responsible. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account. Please allow 14-21 days of processing time for your refund to be issued. Processing time begins on the date Green Envy Supply receives the returned merchandise. All returns will be addressed within 24 hours.

Shipping Methods

We pride ourselves on FAST and DISCREET shipping. All orders over $50 within the 48 continental United States will qualify for FREE SHIPPING! We have access to over a dozen warehouses to cut down on transit times. Orders always ship from the closest warehouse with stock available to the delivery address. Orders may be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor in an effort to reduce the shipping time.

Orders placed before 11 AM PST Monday through Friday are usually processed same business day. We use reliable carriers such as Fedex, UPS and USPS. For the privacy of our customers, we make sure to ship everything discreetly in packaging that does not allude to its contents.

Green Envy reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. We do our best to ensure that shipping is accurately calculated in your shopping cart at the time of purchase, however, at times, it may not be possible to do so accurately (e.g. rural delivery location, shipment requiring multiple pallets, international shipping fees, etc.). If you are notified of any additional charges, you will have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Defective Products

Oh no, what happened? Whatever the problem is I’m sure we can fix it! We at strive to provide our customers with superior customer service and satisfaction. To expedite the return process please email a description of the issue along with any photos. Defective products must be addressed within 14 days after receiving the product.

Inspect for Damage

Merchandise damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Upon receiving merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging thoroughly before accepting merchandise. If there is damage to the packaging you must refuse delivery of the package on account it is damaged. is happy to help expedite the matter and work with you to replace the items as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some carriers have strict time requirements that limit their liability.
