Due to state and local laws, we do not ship THCA products to the following U.S. states or territories: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

We do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or delivery service.
